Our Story

Our story began in the 1960’s when the founders of our company, Bernie and Virginia James, purchased their 1st single family home. A fresh marriage and a growing family, Bernie and Virginia were seeking to better their financial future. Without any TV shows or How to Books to guide them, they flipped their 1st house. With that 1st flip our company was born!

Since the beginning it was a family affair. From remodeling units to cutting grass Bernie, Virginia, and their three boys did it all. Now with the 3rd generation working in the business, our family continues to purchase, manage, and develop real estate. We have grown a bit since the 60’s in size and vision. We have learned valuable lessons since then and apply those to our business today. Here are the Values that have kept us going for the last 60 years:
